Hey all!! So I have so so much to update y’all on. All of which are equal parts exciting and terrifying, so I encourage you to stick around and read this post.

A few weeks ago, my squad was informed that we will be partnering with an organization called Samaritan’s Purse to do disaster relief work in Foley, AL. We’ll be leaving campus tomorrow (Oct 31st) and work with numerous other people to clean up the aftermath of the hurricanes that have left so much devastation. And we’ll be there for 2 weeks and come back to campus on Nov 14th. This is an opportunity I’m so so excited to be a part of, both to learn from and to also test the things I’ve learned in the past 2 months.

And for anyone that has doubted whether or not I will actually be launching in January, it was confirmed 4 days ago that we will be launching!!! As far as we know, we will only be going to South/Central America and not our original routes, which also may change at any time. Actually knowing that I’ll be able to leave and reach people in other countries, like I originally signed up for is such a relief. It makes sleeping in a tent, using a porta potty, and listening to sessions over various topics for the past 2 months so worth it. Please keep my squad, my team, and I in your prayers as we continue to prepare to leave the country and fundraise.

I love y’all so much and I ask that you consider helping me reach my next fundraising goal, which is $12,000 by Nov 12th. We only have $1,335 left to make it and I have faith that we can do it. And if you aren’t in the position to give financially, please consider in partnering with me in prayer.

Again, I love y’all and pray that you’re doing well. As always feel free to ask and and all questions, I’m always happy to answer them!
